In addition to working on the next projects by Amerie Rogers (Def Jam Records) and LeToya Luckett (Capitol Records), songwriting/production duo Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins and Dernst "D'Mile" Emile have been recruited to craft hits on Teairra Marie's upcoming sophomore album on Interscope Records. For those who came in late, Jerkins previously collaborated with Mari on the track "Stay in Ya Lane", taken from her debut offering, "Rock-A-Fella Presents …".

The as-yet untitled project is scheduled to boast additional contributions from Timothy "Timbaland" Mosley (Solange Knowles, Esmee Denters), Nate "Danja" Hills (Usher Raymond, Katharine McPhee), Polow Da Don (Keyshia Cole, Nicole Scherzinger), Theron "Neff-U" Feemster (Mary J. Blige, Ashanti Douglas) and Jonathan "J.R." Rotem (Teedra Moses, Leona Lewis).
