It has been confirmed that Leona Lewis’ next single is a double A-side of “Footprints in the Sand” and the Andrea Martin penned “Better in Time”, produced by Johnathan “J.R.” Rotem. The melodious new tracks will be released digitally on 9th March and physically just a day later, hitting the shelves on 10th March in the UK.

Up and coming Mercury/Island Def Jam recording group Velvet Angels have a song entitled "Curl My Toes" on their official MySpace profile, and the track in question was initially recorded by The Pussycat Dolls, but didn't end up on the final cut of their platinum selling debut album "PCD".

Damon Sharpe (Anastacia, Jennifer Lopez) and Alex Cantrall (Joanna "Jojo" Levesque, Ashley Parker Angel) co-wrote the joint, whilst Soulshock & Karlin: Carsten Schack and Kenneth Karlin (Samantha Jade, Kasey Butler) produced it.

Verdict: I’ve always been a fan of Branch’s ever since she came out with “Everything”, but unfortunately wasn’t really encouraged to buy any of her albums until recently, and I’m so glad I did! “The Spirit Room” is an extreme delight from beginning to end as she’s a wonderful singer/songwriter, whilst John Shanks is an amazing producer. The biggest proof to my notion is that this album is still enjoyable despite being released 7 years ago – (4/5).
