Cathy Dennis - one of my favorite songwriters - is currently helming songs with super producer Toby Gad, whose best known for his work with Beyonce Knowles ("If I Were a Boy") and Fergie ("Big Girls Don't Cry"). In case you came in late, some of Dennis' recent writing contributions include Katy Perry's "I Kissed a Girl", Leon Jean Marie's "Bed of Nails" and Vanessa Hudgens' "Don't Ask Why".

The pair first collaborated on the hit single "Forgive Me", off the artist's multi-platinum selling debut offering, "Spirit".
