Their debut album is expected to be released this year, and will include joints like "He's Alive", as well as collaborations with producers Jazze Pha (Toni Braxton, Angie Stone), Sean Garrett (Megan Rochell, Karina Pasian) and Poli Paul (Teedra Moses, Christina Milian).

Hitmaker Tim "Timbaland" Mosley, who is releasing his upcoming album "Timbaland Presents: Shock Value" on April 3rd Via Interscope Records, said that he'd love to work with Britney Spears on comeback album and would bring Justin Timberlake for the ride as well. Do you think this move will help revive her career?

Since mega producer Nathan "Danja Handz" Hills and songwriter Keri Hilson are confirmed collaborators on Spears' project, there's a strong possibility that Timbo might be there as well. Timberlake on the other hand, who penned Britney's "A Girl Like Me" taken from her 3^rd album "Britney", might be a good addition as well … But if Ms. Spears doesn't find him necessary, he's got nothing to worry about since he's already selling millions of albums, and he's also writing songs on the next albums by ex-bandmate JC Chasez, R&B vocalist Macy Gray and songwriter Keri Hilson ....

Another Def Jam signee making waves in the music scene is Chrisette Michele, and she recently revealed in an interview with VH1 that her upcoming debut album is due this summer, and will sport collaborations with John Legend (Fergie, Keyshia Cole), Will-I-Am (Nicole Scherzinger, Mary J. Blige) and Babyface (Toni Braxton, Mariah Carey). Michele co-wrote each and every track on the album, whereas “Golden” and “My Joy” are two joints tipped for inclusion on the album’s official track-list!

Pop star Ashlee Simpson checked in with her fans and said that she’s currently working on her upcoming 3^rd album, and it will be more soulful than her previous records. I bet that’s a good sign of things to come cuz her sister Jessica also tried the soulful route for her last album “A Public Affair” and hooked up with R&B masterminds like Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis (Chante Moore, Deborah Cox), Johnta Austin (Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey) and Corey Rooney (Jennifer Lopez, Toni Braxton). I wonder whom Ashlee will hook up with for this album, but hopefully she won’t ditch longtime partners, producer John Shanks (Katharine McPhee, Michelle Branch) and songwriter Kara Dioguardi (Gwen Stefani, Kelly Clarkson), as they were responsible for all of Simpson’s hits and they have great chemistry in the studio!

According to Billboard magazine, Rap group Bone Thugs N Harmony's second single of their latest album "Strength and Loyalty" will be "Lil L.O.V.E." featuring Mariah Carey and Bow Wow. The track was produced by hitmaker Jermaine Dupri, who's also working with Carey on her next album due later this year and will boast additional productions from music-masterminds Scott Storch (Beyonce, Janet Jackson) and Swizz Beatz (Jennifer Lopez, Gwen Stefani).

It has been officially reported that British girlband All Saints have been dropped from their label Parlaphone Records due to disappointing sales figures of their latest album “Studio 1”, which was released in November 2006 and sported collaborations with songwriters/producers Greg Kurstin (Lily Allen, Natasha Bedingfield), Karl Gordon (Liberty X, Hinda Hicks), Rick Nowels (Alicia Keys, Craig David) and Amanda Ghost (Beyonce’s “Beautiful Liar”, James Blunt “Beautiful”).

Things were promising enough when lead single “Rock Steady” debuted @ # 03 on the UK singles chart, but all went downhill when the album peaked @ # 40, and second single “Chick Fit” failed to gain major radio stations’ attention. I’m really sad to hear about this, but either ways, I’ll always remain one of their biggest and most loyal fans!

Def Jam's latest protégé Sterling Simms, who first caught our attention with his catchy verse on Jay-Z's "Dig a Hole" (produced by Swizz Beatz / co-written by Sean Garrett), is currently in the studio putting the final touches on his upcoming debut album entitled "Worth Your While". The new set will be preceded by lead single "The Jump Off", for which the video has premiered recently and features a cameo by R&B crooner Mario Barrett. "Worth Your While" also boasts collaborations with producers/songwriters Bryan Michael Cox (Claudette Ortiz, Nicole Scherzinger), Teddy Bishop (LeToya Luckett, Aaliyah), The Clutch's J.Que (Toni Braxton, Ciara), Carvin & Ivan (Faith Evans, Paula Campbell), The Corna Boyz (Megan Rochell, Tynisha Keli) and Adonis (Whitney Houston, Danity Kane).

Rumor has it that British girlband Sugababes are currently in Sweden belting out tracks with producers Bloodshy & Avant for their upcoming fifth album, and for those who came in late, B&A previously worked with the babes on the album track "Supernatural" taken from their sophomore effort "Angels With Dirty Faces". You may also be excited to learn that some of B&A's most-known hits include Ms. Dynamite's "It Takes More", Britney Spears' "Toxic" and Christina Milian's "AM to PM", so that is definitely one collabo I'm looking out for!
