The title of Mary J. Blige’s forthcoming album is “Growing Pains”, and its due 20^th November via Geffen Records. The set is expected to feature collaborations with Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins (Keyshia Cole, Jennifer Hudson), Sean “The Pen” Garrett (Nicole Scherzinger, Whitney Houston), Kasseem “Swizz Beatz” Dean (Angie Stone, Mariah Carey), Soulshock & Karlin (Toni Braxton, Kelly Rowland), Johnta Austin (Aaliyah, LeToya Luckett), Bryan Michael Cox (Faith Evans, Claudette Ortiz), Schaffer “Ne-Yo” Smith (Heather Headley, Celine Dion) and Ryan “Alias” Tedder (Christina Milian, Jennifer Lopez).

Newcomer Robyn Janelle has recently signed a record deal with Geffen Records (Ashlee Simpson, Mary J. Blige, Keyshia Cole), so keep an eye for her forthcoming debut album due first quarter of 2008. A strong contender for 2^nd single is an up-tempo joint entitled “Piece of Me” produced by hitmaking duo Bloodshy & Avant, who also helmed the Sean Garrett assisted “Radar”. Timbaland’s protégé Nate “Danja Handz” Hills crafted an additional club banger called "Break The Ice", while Lil John worked his production skills on another Garrett penned joint called “Pull Out”.

R&B girlgroup Cherish have confirmed a February 5^th release date for their forthcoming sophomore album, "The Truth", which will be distributed by Capitol Records. The set will sport alliances from Phalon “Jazze Pha” Alexander (Angie Stone, Toni Braxton), Bryan Michael Cox (Danity Kane, 3LW), Christopher “Tricky” Stewart (Tamar Braxton, Brit & Alex) and Don Vito (Blu Cantrell, Peach Candy). Tracks earmarked for inclusion are “Killa”, “Shoe Fanatic”, “Trippin'”, “Before You Were My Man” and “It’s Over”.

Fergie has finished shooting the video for her new single, “Clumsy”, with director Marc Webb who previously collaborated with Black Eyed Peas vocalist on her debut solo joint, “London Bridge”. The latest joint taken from the multi-platinum LP “The Dutchess” was produced by Will “Will-I-Am” Adams (Kelis, Nicole Scherzinger, Mary J.
