Cover Drive will release their debut single "Lick Ya Down" on August 28th via Geffen / Polydor Records. The track was produced by Jonathan "J.R." Rotem, whose works include "Push Up on Me" by Rihanna [Island Def Jam Recordings], "Lovey Dovey" by Livvi Franc [Beluga Heights / Warner Bros Records] and "Fly" by Nicki Minaj [Cash Money / Universal Motown Records].

Other producers backing the Bajan quartet on their as-yet-untitled debut album are Steve Mac (Alexandra Burke, Leona Lewis), Future Cut: Darren Lewis & Tunde Babalola (Melanie Fiona, Nicole Scherzinger), Linda Perry (Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears), Andreas Romdhane & Josef Larossi (Kelly Clarkson, Nadine Coyle) and Shama Joseph (Kelly Rowland, Christina Milian).
