Pia Toscano is out with the video for her first single "This Time," taken from the pop artist's upcoming as-yet-untitled debut album on Universal Music Group / Interscope Records. The track was co-written by Esther Dean (Ciara, Britney Spears) and produced by Brian Kennedy (Brandy, Jesse McCartney).
