Entry: KEKE PALMER TEAMS WITH KEVIN MCCALL ON SOPHOMORE ALBUM Saturday, April 28, 2012



Keke Palmer teamed up with Kevin "K-Mac" McCall on new material for her upcoming sophomore album, which is due later this year via Sony Music Entertainment / Epic Records.

McCall – who recently released his debut single "Naked," featuring Big Sean – is known for co-writing and producing hits including "Deuces" by Chris Brown [Sony Music Entertainment / Jive Records], "Lighthouse" by Joe Jonas [Buena Vista Music Group / Hollywood Records] and "Christmas Eve" by Justin Bieber [Universal Music Group / Island Def Jam Recordings].

The still-untitled project follows Palmer's debut album "So Uncool," which peaked at number 86 on the US Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart and featured the hit single "Keep It Moving."

Meanwhile, keep an eye on McCall's songwriting and production skills on the next projects by Chris Brown [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records], Tank [Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records], Brandy [Chameleon Entertainment / RCA Records], Mario [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records], Christina Milian [Young Money Records] and Joelle James [Universal Music Group / Interscope Records].
