JESSIE J ENLISTS STARGATE FOR UPCOMING SOPHOMORE ALBUM

Jessie J has enlisted the songwriting and production services of Stargate for her upcoming as-yet-untitled sophomore album, which will be released soon via Universal Music Group / Lava / Universal Republic Records.

The Norwegian hitmakers – consisting of members Tor Erik Hermansen and Mikkel Storleer Eriksen – are behind recent hits such as “Diamonds” by Rihanna [Universal Music Group / Island Def Jam Recordings], “Turn Around” by Conor Maynard [EMI Music Group / Parlophone Records] and “Let Me Love You (Until You Learn to Love Yourself)” by Ne-Yo [Universal Music Group / Compound Entertainment / Motown Records].

The new collection by Jessie J – which serves as the follow-up to 2011’s “Who You Are” – will boast additional productions and songwriting contributions from David Guetta (Wynter Gordon, Estelle Swaray), Bonnie McKee (Ellie Goulding, Katy Perry), Thomas “Cee Lo Green” Callaway (Solange Knowles, Christina Aguilera), Sia Furler (Neon Hitch, Rita Ora), Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins (Enrique Iglesias, Mary J. Christina Aguilera has revealed the official artwork for her upcoming seventh album, “Lotus,” which will be released in the United States on November 13 via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

Rihanna has confirmed the title and release date for her upcoming seventh album.

The Barbadian singer/songwriter has christened her next album “Seven” and will release it in the United Kingdom on November 19 and United States on November 20 via Universal Music Group / Island Def Jam Recordings.

Lead single “Diamonds” was co-written by Sia Furler (Neon Hitch, Rita Ora) and produced by Benjamin “Benny Blanco” Levin (Katy Perry, Britney Spears) and Stargate: Tor Erik Hermansen & Mikkel Storleer Eriksen (Beyonce Knowles, Usher Raymond).
